These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of the website glitchbusters.co.in and engagement of services provided by Glitchbusters Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Glitchbusters”, “we”, “us”). By browsing this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide software development, CMS/ERP solutions, websites and web applications, website redesign, mobile apps, software testing & QA, and digital marketing. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a written proposal, quotation, or agreement.

2. Quotations & payments

Published prices are starting estimates only. A formal quote is issued after requirement discussion. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work begins after advance payment as stated in the proposal. Remaining invoices are due as per milestone or schedule. Delayed payments may pause delivery.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely content, credentials, feedback, and approvals needed for delivery. Delays in client inputs may extend timelines. You confirm that materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment of all fees due for a project, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers as stated in your proposal. Pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and third-party licenses remain with their respective owners. Glitchbusters may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Warranties & liability

We deliver services with reasonable professional care. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party hosting, app stores, or platforms outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a project is limited to fees paid for that project in the preceding three months.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as per the proposal. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable. Advance amounts for completed milestones are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
